Currently we are searching for an Entry-Level Computer Systems Analyst, to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.   This is a 1+ year contract opportunity, must be willing to report onsite in Birmingham, AL. No work-visa sponsorship available. Applicants must be US Citizens or Green Card holders NOT requiring work-visa sponsorship now, or ever in the future.   Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Computer Systems Analyst to support business and operational systems within a dynamic Vegetation Management utility services environment. This role focuses on data processing, system monitoring, reporting, workflow support, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining system accuracy, improving operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing technology and data initiatives. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Monitor and process system-generated requests and records to ensure timely and accurate completion</li><li>Extract, compile, and maintain recurring operational data and reports for internal use</li><li>Execute and validate automated scripts and system processes; identify and escalate issues as needed</li><li>Support automated workflows, including system alerts and notifications tied to operational events</li><li>Assist with data preparation and validation for mapping, reporting, and system applications</li><li>Organize and structure large datasets for use in business and technical environments</li><li>Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying repetitive tasks and workflow inefficiencies</li><li>Develop and maintain clear documentation of procedures, workflows, and standard operating practices</li><li>Support team knowledge management efforts to improve onboarding, training, and workload distribution</li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors degree (or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related field</li><li>Basic understanding of data management, systems, and business processes</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Exposure to databases, scripting, or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell)</li><li>Familiarity with mapping or geospatial data concepts (GIS experience a plus)</li><li>Experience with process documentation or workflow standardization</li><li>Understanding of system integrations, reporting tools, or enterprise applications</li></ul> Key Skills <ul><li>Data analysis and reporting</li><li>Process improvement and documentation</li><li>System monitoring and troubleshooting</li><li>Organization and time management</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication</li></ul> What You Will Gain <ul><li>Hands-on experience with real-world systems and operational data</li><li>Exposure to automation, reporting, and process optimization</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to system improvements and business efficiency</li><li>Foundational experience for a career in systems analysis or data-focused roles</li></ul> Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Rezult Group will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)   If your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately.
