Other aspects of this position may include setting up rooms for meetings/functions including audio-visual equipment, replacing lightbulbs, transporting trash to disposal areas, maintaining supply inventory for Environmental Services, assisting with laundry, and moving office furnishings/resident furniture as needed. The Floor Maintenance Operator utilizes proper procedures, equipment, and cleaning chemicals to clean, strip, and wax floors in all areas of the Nursing Home and Assisted Living Community to include common areas, offices, and resident rooms.
