Overview:
What You Will DoAs a QA/QC Field Inspector, you will perform Quality Control Inspections and Testing of field installed instrumentation devices, fabricated Instrument and Control Panels, by following NEC, UL 508A & 698A standards as well as site specific drawings and specifications. A Typical Day at Prime Controls<ul><li>Understanding of electrical wiring, fabrication, and testing of control panels under a UL 508A & 698A panel environment.</li><li>Understanding of instrument and control systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and instrument loops (4-20mA). Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient</li><li>Guide parents and patients through our processes before treatment</li><li>Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instruction</li><li>Prepare patient for examination and treatment</li><li>Take x-rays and save to patient charts</li><li>Take quality orthodontic facial photos Responsible for the operational readiness</li><li>Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures</li><li>Mix amalgam, cement, pulp paste and prepare impression materials</li><li>Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment</li><li>Clean chairs and rooms</li><li>Assist professional dental staff with treatment</li><li>Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart</li><li>Pour, trim and polish impression casts</li><li>Fabricate custom impression trays</li><li>Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
