Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) Outpatient Location: Crown Point IHS, New Mexico Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM Setting: Outpatient Clinic EMR: RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) Patient Volume: 14 16 patients per day Position Overview:We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join an outpatient clinic at Crown Point IHS. The provider will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse Native American population in an outpatient setting.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient/non-critical cases</li><li>Provide appropriate treatment plans and follow-up care</li><li>Stabilize and triage patients when necessary</li><li>Deliver culturally sensitive and respectful care to Native American communities</li><li>Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license Any U.S. state accepted</li><li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Required</li><li>Experience in outpatient or primary care settings preferred</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment</li></ul><div>Prime Physicians is a physician-led, The Joint Commission (TJC) Accredited, ISO 9001 certified and CMMI Level 3 appraised organization.
