This role assists with project planning, coordination, financial tracking, and contract compliance while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to coordinate across teams while helping keep projects on schedule and within budget. They bring strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting successful project delivery.IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field with 3+ years of APM or equivalent experience</li><li>Strong understanding of construction processes, jobsite safety, contracts, scheduling, and project management tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to clearly convey information</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and make sound independent decisions</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and general computer/software applications (SketchUp a plus)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders</li><li>Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations</li><li>Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Occasional visits to active plant and field locations are required based on operational needs.</li><li>Ability to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required while in the plant and field.</li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, and navigate active plant and field environments as needed.</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs, walk on uneven surfaces, and safely move through industrial work areas.</li><li>May be exposed to moving equipment, machinery, and other standard industrial hazards.</li><li>May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration.</li></ul>This profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task. The Patient Care Specialist provides outstanding customer service and maintains a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere. The Patient Care Specialist provides effective customer service by using in-depth knowledge of front office processes to include patient registration and insurance practices, as well as effective communication processes to both patients and clinic employees. The Patient Care Specialist will maintain a high level of customer focus at all times, especially during periods of high patient volume.

Responsibilities:
PRIMARY:<ul><li>Demonstrates a high level of Customer Service to greet, register, and discharge all patients</li><li>Ability to cross train and assist with back-office duties as needed within scope of practice.</li><li>Accurately collect and input patient demographics and financial information at the time of registration for all patients.</li><li>Verifies and updates all patient insurance information at the time of registration.</li><li>Maintains strong knowledge of Medical Insurance Plans including but not limited to co-pays, deductibles, and coverage limits.</li><li>Stays up to date with all changes to Government and Commercial Insurance Plans.</li><li>Maintains a high-level understanding and knowledge of the Fast Pace Self-Pay program</li><li>Collects all insurance, co-pays or deductibles, or Self-Pay amounts at the time of registration of each patient.</li><li>Answers the phone with a polite, patient-centered manner demonstrating a commitment to positive patient experiences though outstanding Customer Service.</li><li>Maintains Fast Pace Customer Service levels and facilitating patient flow by notifying the provider of patient’s arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff appropriately.</li><li>Retrieves, faxes, or mails medical records to primary care providers as needed.
