Over the course of academic year-long experience, Novant Health Policy Fellows participate in health policy research, advocacy, and professional development to gain insights into the legislative and regulatory challenges faced by clinicians and health systems, as well as the necessary skills to lead in today’s regulated healthcare environment. Observe and learn from clinical and non‑clinical staff to gain exposure to healthcare roles, workflows, and environments, especially through the various site visits throughout the course of the fellowship.
