Any unsolicited resumes sent to Granite, including unsolicited resumes sent to a Granite mailing address, fax machine or email address, directly to Granite employees, or to Granites resume database will be considered Granite property. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the administration of Company collective bargaining agreements, including compliance related issues, grievance and arbitration administration, payroll administration, negotiation assistance, and general administrative support in a manner consistent with Company policies.
