Motor Grader Operator – Lake Worth, FL. Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Motor Grader Operators to join our construction team in Lake Worth, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America. Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom:11px">Operate a motor grader to spread, grade, and level materials according to project specifications.
