Position Overview: As a Motor Grader Operator, you will be responsible for operating a motor grader to ensure precise grading and leveling for various construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to our commitment to quality and safety. Pay: $25 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Operate the motor grader to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and shaping surfaces. </li><li>Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition. </li><li>Follow project plans and specifications to meet project requirements. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively on site. </li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment. </li></ul>Qualifications: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Valid driver's license and heavy equipment operator certification. </li><li>Proven experience operating a motor grader (5 years preferred). </li><li>Strong understanding of grading techniques and principles. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments. </li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Disability effective after 90 days </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>401(k) </li></ul>TMS International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
