About You: You have 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm; You have experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation, rail; You have strong contract drafting and negotiating skills as well as organizational skills; You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously; and. You would join a team of more than 60 lawyers representing major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms and other investors in a wide range of complex international and domestic transactions focusing on the financing, leasing, acquisition and disposition, restructuring and enforcement of aviation, rail, maritime and general equipment assets.
