On the job training available if hired and eligible.Minimum Hiring Requirements:<ol><li>5-year construction experience preferred.</li><li>Must have experience with GPS machine controls. Topcon/Trimble/Etc.</li><li>Must have a valid Florida Drivers License and Social Security Card.</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li><li>Able to work safely within Company policy, OSHA and MSHA Standards.</li><li>Able to do any necessary labor work.</li><li>Able to work adjusted shifts. (AM or PM)</li><li>Able to work overtime.</li><li>Must be a Team Player and work well with others.</li><li>Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it.</li><li>Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure its in good working order.</li><li>Driving or controlling heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.</li><li>Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly.</li><li>Tracking scheduled maintenance of equipment and notifying their supervisor if maintenance is past due.</li><li>Filling out performance records to report problems with equipment.</li><li>Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected waste.</li><li>Completing minor repair work as needed.</li><li>Be permitted to work in the United States.
