<h2>Job Description</h2>The Plant Floater will learn all jobs within the production area in order to fill in or help out as needed.   Work Schedule; Days - Sunday to Thursday Hours - 8:30 pm to 6:30 am or when all orders are complete.  ResponsibilitiesFills in for any of the production positions:<ul><li>Grader Operator</li><li>Material Handler</li><li>Flat Washer</li><li>Pallet Washer</li><li>Bio Security</li><li>Production Coordinator</li><li>Finisher Product Coordinator</li><li>Case Stacker</li><li>Case Packer</li><li>Overwrap</li><li>Egg Supplier</li><li>Carton Supplier</li><li>Rework/Returns</li><li>Pallet Washer and Loader</li><li>Any other duties assigned by Production Manager</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must have strong organizational skills and able to multi task</li><li>Must be able to interact with co-workers and supervisors</li><li>Must remain aware of your surroundings at all times to prevent injuries</li><li>Must have basic computer and data entry skills</li><li>Must be able to stand 8-10 hours at a time; reach, bend, and squat; push/pull constantly; and lift 30-60 pounds</li><li>Must have basic math skills</li><li>Certified on Electric Pallet Jack and High Lift Operation (Will Train)</li><li>Must wear Steel/Composite Toed Shoes</li></ul><h2>Company Description</h2>Sauder's Eggs has been a family company for 60 years and is built upon the traditions of integrity, product excellence, and fairness.
