Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking YOU to become a part of our employee-owned company as a Pharmacist that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients by providing the best-in-class service in all areas including: skilled professional pharmaceutical consulting, disease state management, medication therapy management, and administration of immunizations as allowed, and ensures appropriate, reliable and consistent patient care through the distribution, control and delivery of pharmaceuticals according to professional standards and state and federal law.   
A few of the primary responsibilities include: <ul><li>Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.</li><li>Dispenses medications, related supplies, and provides all clinical pharmacy services.</li><li>Leads, directs, and supervises the pharmacy staff in manager’s absence to accomplish goals.</li><li>Leads team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.</li><li>Structures and organizes workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.</li><li>Develops and follows up on long term care (LTC) business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of the nursing homes, group homes and assisted living residences.</li><li>Identifies Long Term Care and Specialty business and communicates opportunities with Marketers.</li><li>Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.</li><li>Able to maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.</li><li>Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.</li></ul>

Location- sales reps work from home and locally after training, meetings and training are usually held in the office.

Vector Marketing is currently holding interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one on one appointments that emphasizes customer service. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people do well immediately - as long as someone is willing to learn, they can be successful. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income. This entry level sales position is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work or summer work. What we offer: <ul><li>Paid weekly - base or commissions. Our reps are paid $25.00 base-appt, that is not based on sales or results. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.</li><li>Solid training - we teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.</li><li>Flexible scheduling - we help our reps create a schedule that works for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes or their full time jobs.
