Assist in managing all dimensions of the esports program, including maintaining the esports arena, managing and maintaining equipment, managing social media accounts, and researching news and trends that affect the delivery, impact, and message of the esports program. Provide instruction and must have the knowledge and ability to coach/teach various titles through coaching strategy, in-game communication, team coordination, and teaching mechanical skills.
