Our company is recruiting CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no experience, to join our regional fleet. With consistent freight and milage, our routes offer regular weekly home time, a good weekly pay-check and a full benefits package from day one. This position is for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and full on support in their trucking carer.<ul><li>Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (via direct deposit every Friday)</li><li>Safety and performance bonus opportunities.</li><li>Benefits: Day‑one medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and holidays; company‑paid life and AD&D; pet and rider policies; paid orientation.</li><li>Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.</li><li>Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.</li></ul>Minimum qualifications<ul><li>Valid CDL‑A.</li><li>Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.</li><li>Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.</li><li>Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.</li></ul>We provide stable W2 employment, consistent freight, modern equipment, and an operations team focused on supporting drivers as they develop safe, productive careers.
