Under supervision of the NPTS program chair and CACS advisor, the NPTS GA provides support for the NPTS program chair and CACS advisor. This is a non-exempt, temporary part-time staff position. This is a MIIS student Level B position paying $17.45 per hour.Core Responsibilities:
• Works with CACS advisor to compile a weekly "Opportunity" newsletter for NPTS students with relevant announcements and job/internship openings.
• Assists NPTS program chair as needed.
• Updates NPTS Job/Internship spreadsheet as needed.
• Updates spreadsheet with faculty and student accomplishments, such as publications or conference presentations.
• Serves as a liaison between the program chair and NPTS students.
• Supports end of the semester program reception for graduating students.
• Performs other related duties as requested by Program.

Who would do well: People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist/office work, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. Advancement - reps who work here long term are able to move along several different paths including management (even if they start part time with no experience).

Vector Marketing is currently holding interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one on one appointments that emphasizes customer service. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people do well immediately - as long as someone is willing to learn, they can be successful. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income. This entry level sales position is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work or summer work. What we offer: <ul><li>Paid weekly - base or commissions. Our reps are paid $35.00 base-appt, that is not based on sales or results. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.</li><li>Solid training - we teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.</li><li>Flexible scheduling - we help our reps create a schedule that works for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes or their full time jobs.
