<div>Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and administrative excellence? Join Dakota State University as a Graduate Registration Specialist II and play a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of our students while contributing to the success of our graduate programs. Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Track academic and program status of graduate students and make appropriate updates in Student Information System.</li><li>Serve as a resource to Graduate Office staff and faculty.</li><li>Assist students with registration for graduate courses and programs.</li><li>Collaborate with Registrar’s Office staff to develop and provide training to faculty, department chairs, and college support staff.</li><li>Complete preliminary and final degree audits for graduate students.</li><li>Load course sections, faculty load information, etc. for graduate offerings.</li><li>Serve as back-up to similar processes for undergraduate offerings.</li></ul><div> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</div><ul><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.</li><li>Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li></ul><div> Benefits:</div><ul><li>Flexible benefits package – health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, hospital indemnity insurance, flexible spending account, health savings account, health reimbursement account.</li><li>South Dakota Retirement System.
