DescriptionWe are looking to fill a key position at a high-volume Toyota Dealership.Greeter's immediate job responsibilities include, but not limited to:<ul><li>Approaching, greeting and welcoming every customer who comes to Toyota Walnut Creek, with a smile</li><li>Finding out whether the customers have visited the Dealership before / working with one of the associates.</li><li>Introducing the guest to a Sales Associate, passing along any important information, such as name and vehicle of interest.</li><li>Informing Sales Associates of customer's arrival in case of appointments / repeat customer</li><li>Offering customers complimentary drinks</li><li>Keeping track of Sales Associates rotation</li><li>Acknowledging every customer within 5 ft. proximity with a friendly "Hello" even if they have been already helped</li><li>Restocking complimentary water bottles & coffee station</li><li>Interacting with Sales Managers and performing various computer tasks</li><li>Answering the phone and directing calls to the right departments</li></ul>RequirementsCustomer Service Experience Preferred.Must be outgoing, positive, personable, task oriented.This is a full time position.
