This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning about cars, and building skills for a future automotive career.You'll work in a fast-paced automotive service environment helping customers maintain their vehicles while learning valuable mechanical skills.<hr/><h1>Responsibilities</h1>As a Lube Technician, you will help provide fast and friendly vehicle maintenance services for our customers.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance</li><li>Check and refill vehicle fluids and air tires</li><li>Replace filters and inspect basic vehicle components</li><li>Perform transmission, radiator, and differential services</li><li>Enter customer and vehicle information into the computer system</li><li>Explain services to customers and answer questions</li><li>Process payments for services</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li><li>Follow company safety procedures</li><li>Assist with other shop duties as needed</li></ul>Team members rotate through several roles including Upper Bay Technician, Lower Bay Technician, Greeter, and Cashier.<hr/><h1>Qualifications</h1>To be successful in this role, candidates should have:<ul><li>Ability to read and communicate in English</li><li>Good customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work well with a team</li><li>Dependability and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the workday</li></ul>Automotive or mechanical experience is helpful but not required. Previous automotive experience is helpful. Equipment operation includes overhead and floor mounted oil and grease guns, differential pump, transmission fluid exchange machine and calculator. The employee must be able to reach four feet in height overhead, some bending, stretching and use stairs is used constantly. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and respond to communication calls from co-workers. Mobility is required.  Scope of Position: This position reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position receives daily assignments from the Manager and Assistant Manager and will rotate through all Lube Technician duties (Upper Bay and Lower Bay, Greeter and Cashier).Working Conditions: This position works in a garage environment 100% of the time. Exposure to heavy equipment, slick surfaces and hot-cold temperatures. Major Accountabilities:1) Timeliness and quality of service provided.2) Accurate and timely data input in computer.3) Prompt and courteous customer service.4) Clean and safe work area.5) Safe work habits. 6) Clean and proper uniform usage, good hygiene.7) Effective employee relations.</div><div class="content-conclusion">Further questions about the job? Position Summary:
As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. This position is based at our Ford Idaho Center. The Ford Idaho Center features a variety of flexible spaces to host events of all types and sizes. The Ford Idaho Center is a unique combination of three venues under one complex: Ford Idaho Center Arena, Ford Idaho Sports Center, and Ford Idaho Horse Park. The complex is flexible to meet the needs of events of all types and sizes. It is well-suited for conventions, meetings, tradeshows, sporting, social and entertainment events.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>When gates open, welcome our fans with a great smile and helpful attitude</li><li>Scan event tickets ensuring that the proper ticket is being used to gain entry</li><li>Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats</li><li>Being alert and proactive to potential hazards and reporting incidents when they occur</li><li>Monitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to make lasting memories for our fans</li><li>Respond to all guest concerns/complaints promptly and in a professional manner</li><li>Assist guests in ADA accessible seating sections</li><li>Enforce all building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all guests</li><li>Manage the foot traffic flow of large crowds</li><li>Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.</li><li>Be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation plan in order to safely assist guests during the unlikely event of an emergency.</li><li>Prepare your assigned section for guests; this could include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, reporting any issues to a supervisor</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment is preferred</li><li>You must love working with and helping people.</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time.</li><li>You must be able to maintain a POSITIVE attitude while handling difficult situations.</li><li>Flexible schedule: Availability to work nights and weekends</li></ul>
