About the Role: Join 696 CARS LLC as a GREETER, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers! This exciting role offers you the opportunity to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Work schedule would be Friday and Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-5 Responsibilities: <ul><li>Greet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership / offering refreshments</li><li>Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized area.</li><li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently.</li><li>Provide information and show/demonstrate vehicles to customer</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly</li><li>Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.</li><li>Posting and managing inventory (taking pics of autos)</li><li>Print out customers paperwork, explain each form, make sure customer signs all forms correctly</li><li>Transport vehicles to and from auction from time to time</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Must have a valid Florida drivers license</li><li>Must have transportation to and from work</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.</li><li>Proficient in basic computer skills and phone systems.</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.</li><li>Passion for providing outstanding customer service.</li></ul>About Us: Founded in 2020, 696 CARS LLC has quickly become a trusted name in the automotive industry in Stuart, FL.
