This is a seasonal, hourly position responsible for welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and managing bag storage operations across indoor lodge spaces and outdoor heated areas. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, including ticket information, mountain coaster operations, food & beverage hours, ski lesson times, and lift schedules.
