p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: School Environment; walking standing, squatting, hearing and speaking to exchange information and make presentations; seeing to monitor various activities; kneeling, bending at the waist, sitting, for extended periods of time; walking fast or running to reach the point of security issues; reaching overhead, above shoulders, and horizontally, or bending at the waist to store files; lifting semi-heavy and heavy objects; driving a vehicle to conduct work.
Maintain a good working relationship with building administrators, co-workers, staff, and faculty members; be familiar with facilities in order to execute assigned duties in a professional, timely manner.
