Daily Operations: Move loads including ladles of molten metal through melting and pouring bays, tend to the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) ensuring proper levels, cleanliness, and consistency, and pour molten metal from ladle to molds. Operational Flexibility: Act as a positional floater within the Melting Department, filling in at any operator position such as AOD Operator, EAF Operator, Crane Operator, Pourer, and Refractory as demand dictates.
