Responsible for overseeing storewide training by training, supporting, and empowering Co-Managers and Shift Managers to effectively deliver coaching, training, and feedback to associates in alignment with the store's overall strategy and RaceTrac policies. • Analyze sales, margin, shrink, and labor reports to identify improvement opportunities, then establish and clearly communicate corrective action plans to team members, ensuring they understand how their performance impacts business results.
