Collaborates with the unit charge nurses in PICU, Inpatient Medical Unit, and Surgery Center and Preadmissions and Outpatient Diagnostic Services to address the needs of patients to support quality of care to assure patient care assignments are made according to established criteria, policy, and procedure. This role is essential to ensuring efficient patient movement, optimal bed utilization, and appropriate staffing across multiple units, including Med-Surg, PICU, and Surgery Support.
