Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2 years of Level IV NICU experience including vents, bubble CPAP, various CVCs and art lines, pre- and post-surgical care, drips, stoma/trach care, certifications including BLS, NRP, PALS, and a BSN or MSN degree. Additional Information: Ability to perform nursing physical assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, delegate tasks effectively to promote teamwork and leadership, and provide education to patients, families, and staff.
