Unit-Specific Certifications (Depending on your assigned department, the following are required to be maintained throughout employment): ACLS Certification : Required before the completion of clinical orientation if assigned to: Critical Care, Emergency Department, PACU, Snuggery, Cardiovascular Lab, Interventional Radiology, GI Center, or Urgent Care. As a Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) on our Inpatient Surgical Unit, you'll care for adult and pediatric patients recovering from a wide variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, urological, thoracic, vascular, gynecological, ENT, and general surgery.
