Responsibilities: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, thermoregulation, and post-operative cardiac care including CABG, intra-aortic balloon pump, Impella, LVAD/RVAD, and valve repairs. Oversee CVA/Stroke management, lumbar drains, ventilated patient care, HFNC, ABG interpretation, suctioning, ventilator management, infection control, PPE use, phlebotomy, and surgical wound care.
