Responsibilities: A day in the life of a Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, Southern Ocean Medical Center at Hackensack Meridian Health includes: Key Job Responsibilities: Directs and participates in the development and implementation of the Medical Center's strategic plan, performance improvement program, Human Resources program, and annual operating budget, plans, goals and objectives. Reporting directly to the Hospital President and the Network Chief Nursing Executive, the Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, Southern Ocean Medical Center is accountable for collaborating with other senior executives in developing and executing the strategic plan of the Medical Center.
