Shift & Scheduling: Weekend requirements vary by unit: Tele B3A and Tele Neuro require every other weekend; Medical-Surgical C5 and B2C require 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period (days - Sat, Sun; nights - Fri, Sat). Depending on skill level, floating includes ICU, Cardiac Tele, all Tele units, MedSurg units, and any holding area, including the Cath Lab, ER, observation floor, or a hallway.
