Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to identify trends, communicate financial insights, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, vendors, finance professionals, and other stakeholders. Partner with Architecture & Construction project managers, Lease Administration, Finance & Accounting, Tax, landlords, vendors, and other stakeholders to analyze project costs, investigate discrepancies, resolve financial issues, communicate potential cost overruns or forecast concerns, and support timely project closeout.
