We are seeking an experienced Food Service Director for our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in Rome, NY to oversee our dining operations and ensure exceptional food service delivery. Minimum 2-3 years managing the food service department in long term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred.

Apply Today!<br/>Nursing Home, Senior Living, Hospital, or Healthcare Required!<br/><br/></strong>We will provide sanitation certification if you are not already Serve Safe Certified.<br/><br/></div><div>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Food Service Director</strong> for our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in <strong>Rome, NY</strong> to oversee our dining operations and ensure exceptional food service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in<strong> food service healthcare management.</strong></div><br/><h3>Food Service Director Key Duties</h3><br/><ul><li>Schedule and assign staff, prepare, and process department payroll and new hire paperwork.</li><li>Ensure the food service operates within established budgetary guidelines.</li><li>Ordering and purchasing.</li><li>Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.</li><li>Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory compliance.</li><li>Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.</li><li>Performs other job-related duties.</li></ul><div><br/></div><br/><h3>Food Service Director Qualifications</h3><br/><ul><li>Current ServSafe certification or we will provide upon hire. </li><li>Certified Food Manager preferred.
