<div><strong>Job Summary:<br/></strong>We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Site Cleaning Foreman to lead cleaning crews on active construction sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination of daily cleanup operations, and skilled operation of a skid steer (skid loader) for debris removal. The ideal candidate ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li> Supervise and lead construction site cleaning crews on multiple job sites.</li><li> Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleanup tasks to ensure timely completion.</li><li> Operate a skid steer to move debris, load dumpsters, and maintain site organization.</li><li> Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors.</li><li> Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company standards.</li><li> Inspect job sites regularly to maintain quality control.</li><li> Train and mentor crew members on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.</li><li> Enforce PPE usage and safety protocols at all times.</li><li> Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently.</li><li> Perform hands-on cleaning tasks when needed (sweeping, hauling, final cleans).</li><li> Maintain daily reports, schedules, and crew attendance.</li><li> Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li> Minimum 2–3 years of construction site cleaning or labor experience.</li><li> Previous supervisory or foreman experience preferred.</li><li> Proven experience operating a skid steer (required).</li><li> Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required unless specified).</li><li> Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards (OSHA familiarity preferred).</li><li> Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.</li><li> Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li> Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as needed.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Work Environment:</strong></div><ul><li> Active residential and commercial construction sites.</li><li> Exposure to dust, debris, noise, and outdoor weather conditions.</li><li> Requires standing, walking, lifting, bending, and operating heavy equipment.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Compensation & Schedule:</strong></div><ul><li> Full-time position (40+ hours per week).</li><li> Overtime opportunities available.</li><li> Competitive pay based on experience.</li></ul>
