p>Under the supervision of the COA Manager and overall programmatic oversight of the International Office of Migration (IOM) Canadian Orientation Abroad Global Programme Manager (Geneva), the Tel Aviv, Israel-based, Canadian Orientation Abroad Training Coordinator will alternate between providing trainings and providing administration and logistics. - Complete administrative tasks associated with COA delivery including but not limited to ordering supplies, handling maintenance, managing petty cash and contracting with vendors/service providers, in coordination with the Administrative Manager of the HIAS Israel office and under the guidance of its Finance Manager.
