Under the supervision of the COA Manager and overall programmatic oversight of the International Office of Migration (IOM) Canadian Orientation Abroad Global Programme Manager (Geneva), the Tel Aviv, Israel-based, Canadian Orientation Abroad Training Coordinator will alternate between providing trainings and providing administration and logistics. Complete administrative tasks associated with COA delivery including but not limited to ordering supplies, handling maintenance, managing petty cash and contracting with vendors/service providers, in coordination with the Administrative Manager of the HIAS Israel office and under the guidance of its Finance Manager.
