As a Welder/Fabricator/Shop Helper, you'll support daily production activities, ensure high-quality craftsmanship, and help maintain a safe, efficient workspace. You'll work closely with the shop team and foreman to meet project deadlines while maintaining company standards and safety procedures. What Youll Do <ul><li>Coordinate with the shop foreman to plan daily production tasks and prioritize jobs effectively.
</li><li>Prepare raw materials and cut parts accurately using CNC equipment and other fabrication tools.
</li><li>Assemble components by welding or bolting, ensuring durable and high-quality results.
</li><li>Clean, finish, and package completed units for shipment while meeting quality standards.
</li><li>Operate vacuum molding equipment and fabricate plastic parts as needed.
</li><li>Utilize forklifts to load and unload materials and finished products safely.
</li><li>Keep detailed records of manufacturing and quality procedures by completing logs accurately.
</li><li>Assist with additional production tasks and equipment maintenance as assigned.
</li></ul> What Youll Bring <ul><li>At least 1 year of MIG welding experience; TIG welding skills are a plus.
</li><li>Experience with plastic vacuum molding or related plastic fabrication.
</li><li>Forklift certification or experience preferred.
</li><li>Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
</li><li>Strong organizational abilities, a sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical welding certification is advantageous.
