p>Key Duties & Responsibilities As an Electrical Helper, you will: • Assist in house rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire • Install trim components such as plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches • Carry materials and tools to support the leadman and crew • Clean and maintain the work area and equipment • Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman • Communicate progress, issues, and creative solutions to management • Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards • Take direction effectively and communicate clearly with team members.
Specific Qualifications Qualifications & Skills Preferred:
• Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC) • Ability to read and understand blueprints • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn • Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
