We are hiring General Labor / General Operators to support seasonal production, warehouse and field operations. This role offers a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the year in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: General Labor / General Operator Location: York, NE Pay: $19.00/hour Shift Options: <ul><li> Monday Friday, 6: 00 AM 2: 30 PM </li><li> Monday Thursday, 6: 00 AM 4: 30 PM </li></ul> Job Type: Seasonal / Full-Time Position Overview Join a leading agricultural company and be part of a team helping feed the world. We are hiring General Labor / General Operators to support seasonal production, warehouse and field operations. This role offers a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the year in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Duties vary by season and may include: Harvest Season (Fall): <ul><li> Receive and process incoming crop loads </li><li> Operate dryers and assist with seed processing </li><li> Perform sorting, husking, shelling and storage tasks </li><li> Ensure accurate data entry and quality standards </li></ul> Winter Operations: <ul><li> Label, tag, bag and palletize seed </li><li> Manage inventory and prepare shipments </li><li> Support warehouse and shipping functions </li></ul> Spring & Summer: <ul><li> Inspect and maintain seed inventory </li><li> Re-bag returned seed and retag products </li><li> Clean and wash containers (pro boxes) </li><li> Assist with facility upkeep and maintenance </li></ul> General Duties (Year-Round): <ul><li> Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading </li><li> Support packaging, bagging and palletizing </li><li> Maintain clean and organized work areas (5S standards) </li><li> Follow all safety procedures and company policies </li></ul>Qualifications & Requirements<ul><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li> Strong work ethic with reliable attendance </li><li> Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments </li><li> Basic communication and problem-solving skills </li><li> Must pass background check and pre-employment screenings </li><li> Reliable transportation required </li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li> Ability to lift, push and pull up to 60 pounds </li><li> Ability to stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks </li><li> Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions </li><li> Ability to work on uneven surfaces and in agricultural environments </li></ul>Work Environment & Gear<ul><li> Exposure to dust and common agricultural allergens (corn dust, pollen) </li><li> Steel-toe, over-the-ankle boots required (employee provided) </li><li> PPE provided: hard hat, gloves, safety vest and eyewear </li></ul>Additional Information<ul><li> Overtime and extended hours may be required during peak seasons </li><li> No driving required for this role </li><li> Must follow all site safety, electronic device and workplace policies </li></ul>Why Apply?<ul><li> Competitive pay for seasonal work </li><li> Opportunity to gain experience in agriculture and warehouse operations </li><li> Work with a respected company in a team-focused environment </li></ul>Apply Now If you re dependable, hardworking and ready for hands-on work in a fast-paced agricultural setting, apply today to get started! #gethiredgi
