Our pay structure reflects that: you'll start at $18.60 per hour during the probationary period, with the opportunity to advance to a post‑probation pay range of $21.52 - $21.95 per hour upon demonstrating the ability to operate or assist in operating equipment independently and meeting the qualifications for higher‑level roles. Many of our team members started in entry‑level roles and advanced into skilled machine assistants, operators, lead positions, supervisors, and even management roles.
Our pay structure reflects that: you'll start at $19.16 per hour during the probationary period, with the opportunity to advance to a post‑probation pay range of $22.17 - $22.61 per hour upon demonstrating the ability to operate or assist in operating equipment independently and meeting the qualifications for higher‑level roles. Many of our team members started in entry level roles and advanced into skilled machine assistants, operators, lead positions, supervisors, and even management roles.
