LSI Staffing is HIRING Compounding/ General labor at our client in Rosharon TX.  Pay $15.00 must be flexible to wwork any shift, bilingual in sanish preffered but not required.  Weekly pay!! must be reliable and dependable   Job Summary: We are looking for reliable Labor Helpers / Heavy Lifters to support daily operations in warehouse and industrial environments. Candidates must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, follow instructions, and work in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Load and unload materials, boxes, and products</li><li>Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50–75 lbs)</li><li>Assist machine operators, leads, and general labor teams</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe</li><li>Follow all safety rules and company procedures</li><li>Support with basic tasks such as stacking, sorting, packaging, and movement of inventory</li><li>Help with general production duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift heavy items consistently</li><li>Able to work long hours, weekends, and rotating shifts</li><li>Must be able to stand, bend, and move for the entire shift</li><li>Good attendance and reliable transportation required</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Entry-level friendly – training provided</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</li></ul>Environment: Fast-paced, warehouse or industrial setting.
