As a general laborer, your primary responsibility will be to assist the asphalt crew in various construction-related tasks.We are a EOE & a Pre employement Drug Screen & Physical is required.Pay: $24 / hr DOEThis is a Construction Season Full Time position with full benefits<ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Dental Insurance</li><li>401 K</li><li>Vacation & Sick Leave</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Holiday Pay</li><li>Overtime Pay is after 8hrs a day not 40 hrs</li><li>Cell Phone reimbursement</li><li>Uniforms</li></ul>What to expect on with this job<ul><li>Hours are usually 10 plus hrs / day 5 days a week - rarely a Saturday work</li><li>Some travel required in the Southeast area of State</li><li>Depending on Jobsite - overnight stays are suggested but not required</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide general construction labor support to the asphalt crew.</li><li>Assist in the preparation, installation, and repair of asphalt surfaces.</li><li>Operate hand tools, shovels, and other equipment as necessary.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.</li><li>Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced team members.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li></ul> #hc108074
