This is a hands-on role working with part preparation, masking, and packaging. No prior experience in powder coating is required—we provide training. If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things right, works well with your hands, and wants a stable full-time position, we’d like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do Production / Masking (Pre-Coating):<ul><li>Apply tape, plugs, and caps to protect specific areas of parts before coating</li><li>Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions carefully</li><li>Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before coating</li><li>Remove masking materials after coating</li></ul>Packaging & Shipping:<ul><li>Package finished parts to prevent damage during transit</li><li>Use materials such as foam, wrap, boxes, and pallets</li><li>Label and prepare orders for shipment</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading shipments</li><li>Perform final inspections before packaging</li></ul>General Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and company standards</li><li>Work with the team to meet daily production goals</li><li>Perform basic quality checks on finished parts</li></ul>

Qualifications:
