Your efforts will directly impact production flow and overall operational success. What Youll Do 
As a Pad Helper General Laborer, you will be responsible for: <ul><li>Throwing 4x4s and assisting stick layers to keep production moving smoothly.
	</li><li>Helping to maintain clean and organized work areas, including cleaning windows.
	</li><li>Throwing straps, turning valves, and assisting mixers during production.
	</li><li>Performing light driving duties around the facility as needed.
	</li><li>Operating machinery safely in accordance with all safety procedures.
	</li><li>Performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, pulling, pushing, twisting, and lifting 50+ lbs regularly throughout your shift.
	</li><li>Staying alert and focused in a busy industrial environment to support team production goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will have: <ul><li>Ability to safely maneuver and lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
	</li><li>Physical stamina for repetitive bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing tasks.
