We pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction.</p><h3>Your Role:</h3><p>As an Install Helper, you’ll support our installation team in delivering high-quality acrylic bath systems. This is a hands-on role with training provided and strong growth potential for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and take pride in their work.</p><h3>Responsibilities Include:</h3><ul><li>Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects</li><li>Support carpentry, trim work, and general construction tasks</li><li>Follow installation standards and procedures to ensure quality work</li><li>Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers</li><li>Keep job sites clean and organized</li><li>Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials</li><li>Assist with basic documentation and job photos</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>No experience required (construction or labor experience is a plus)</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role</li><li>Ability to use basic hand and power tools (training provided)</li><li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li><li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li><li>Ability to lift up to 100 lbs</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</li></ul><h3>Ready to Join Our Team?</h3><p>If you're ready to start a career with real growth potential in a company that values craftsmanship and development, apply today.
