The Robley Rex VA Medical Center is the flagship facility of the VA Louisville Healthcare System, providing comprehensive care to veterans across Kentucky and southern Indiana. It is a full-service, tertiary care hospital offering both inpatient and outpatient services.

Address - 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206 Hem/Onc Physician - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)<ul><li> The Hematology/Oncology Physician shall be responsible for providing Hematology/Oncology care, including, but not limited to: Diagnosis, evaluation, and management of various disease conditions related to Hematological and Oncological diseases or coagulopathies.</li><li> Performance of clinical procedures such as bone marrow biopsies with microscopic evaluation, prescription of chemotherapy and other cancer agents, and other duties as assigned, within the latest standards of evidence-based practice.</li><li> Provide consultative services at the patient's bedside if the patient is not ambulatory and, in the clinic setting, if the patient is able to report to the outpatient clinic.</li><li> Be on-call to evaluate and treat Hematologist/Oncologist consults, clinic, and chemotherapy patients.
