Education and Experience: Five (5) years of full-time professional experience in non-profit business operations, cultural venue management, hospitality, or related field and Masters Degree from an accredited institution or college in Business Administration, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, Hospitality, Museum Studies, Economics, or another relevant field will count for 1 year of required experience. The Director of Business Operations at the History Colorado Center is responsible for driving organizational growth through front-line customer service and entrepreneurial activities that include a venue rental program, retail operations, guest experiences, and external partner and community engagement.
