Responsibility:TOTAL CARE is Required: client is bedbound (transfer/bed mobility) rotate/turning required and incontinence care, need to be assisted with all ADLs: feeding, meal prep., medication reminder, hygiene, dressing (upper & lower) laundry, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, shopping. The client requires 24 hours care Professional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
