Required Qualifications: Current California Physical Therapist License, BLS certification, valid Drivers License, auto insurance and registration, TB test (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDaP (valid for 10 years), annual Flu vaccine, Drug screen, and Physical. Traveler must complete at least 27 points weekly or be willing to travel outside the service area or work weekends if guarantee is preferred.
