Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in telehealth, virtual care, primary care, or ambulatory care Experience with chronic care management or other longitudinal care programs Experience carrying out clinical tasks under physician protocols or standing orders Experience with referral coordination and closed-loop referral workflows Experience with medication prior authorizations Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. In this role, you'll help ensure that patients receive appropriate follow-up after their Rocket Doctor visits by managing referrals, reviewing lab and diagnostic results, supporting prior authorizations, and carrying out defined clinical tasks under physician guidance or approved protocols.
