The Clinical Support RN acts as a resource, role model, and coach, rounding on all Med-Surg units to promote evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and confidence among newer nurses. Rounds on all Med-Surg patient care areas, assisting as needed and offering clinical expertise, coaching, and just-in-time teaching, to novice RNs and other Med Surg staff.
